Monica Murphy is the ceramic artist behind Shore Clayworks. Inspired by her upbringing on the Jersey Shore, she creates functional ceramics with sculptural details that are as beautiful as they are meant to be used.

Now based in southern Vermont, Monica balances life as a ceramic artist with owning a private speech-language pathology practice, embracing the unique intersection of science and artistry that ceramics provides.

Every Shore Clayworks piece is thoughtfully handmade, making each one truly one of a kind.
