🔵Blue Dot: Social & Community Wellness is a community-based program located in Monmouth County, NJ, primarily serving adults aged 21 and older.

As an approved provider through the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), Blue Dot offers a variety of therapeutic and community services. They serve the general public and cater to a wide range of demographics, including individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries, executive dysfunction, and dementia.

Blue Dot is proud and grateful to serve the community as a whole. The program is dedicated to promoting inclusion and mental wellness while giving back to the local community and environment.
