- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear, underwear, and earrings may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

- To initiate a return, please bring the item(s) along with the original receipt to our store within the specified return timeframe.
- Our staff will inspect the returned items to ensure they meet the conditions for return as stated above.
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 2 business days after the return is approved.

- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the desired item.
